- All vehicles are listed and information entered by the owner of the car. Should any discrepancy with the information occur it is the responsibility of the vehicle lister/owner of the vehicle and not Cornish Auto. 

- You must list the vehicle in as much honesty and detail as possible. Cornish Auto does not accept responsibility for misleading advertisements. 

- Adverts will never be taken off too early, however they may in some situations be kept on the website for a few extra days.

- If your car has sold and would like it removing, then please contact us (Note - Refunds will not be given in any circumstances)

- Any contact you have with the seller of the vehicle in no way represents Cornish Auto.

- Sale of Vehicles has in no way got anything to do with Cornish Auto, we provide the website for advertising space not the sale of vehicles. The actual sale of vehicle is the responsibility of you and the current owner of the vehicle. 

- Cornish Auto is NOT a car dealership, Motor Dealership or the likes, it is an on-line advertisement website.

Payment 

- If you do not pay for your listing, it will not be shown. If you have paid for the listing and an error has been made, please contact us.

- There will be no refunds given once you have paid.

- Payment is made via PayPal to make sure payment is secure. We value our customers security. You don't need a PayPal account to pay Cornish Auto as your given the option of selecting DB or CC by PayPal.
